Hi there, This resource was for anyone who was interested in learning Modern Greek, but was primarily used as a repository for classnotes for a first year Modern Greek evening class.
Although this blog site will remain here, it has now been superceeded by a a regular website www.allgreek2me.com which contains all the referance material available on this blog. Additionally all future Year 2 referance notes will only appear on the new website.

Parties and Greek Nights

As discussed at last night's class, next Tuesday will be a regular class and the last of the term as there are not enough able to make a Greek Night in Darlington worthwhile.
However Vicky has a house the size of Kansas and has very generously offered to host a Greek Night for us their. After discussion the initially intended Easter Saturday date for this has been moved to either:
  • Sat 28th April 2007, or
  • Sat 5th May 2007,
both dates being after we return for our first lesson of the new term on Tuesday 24th April.

Not to be put off, however, Vicky is still going ahead with a party on Easter Saturday (7th April) to which any from the Tuesday Night group who can make it are more than welcome from 19:30hrs onwards. For obvious reasons, I will not be posting Vicky's address on a public blog site but she has permitted her photo number so please either give her a ring on 07947 738311 or email me for the address and directions.

Apologies for anyone not in our Tuesday night class that uses this blog, but the invite is strictly for the class members and partners.
